Procedure and Delivery Guarantee

All our products are shipped through a transportation company. The shipment includes merchandise insurance to guarantee delivery in optimal conditions. Once the payment for the order is received in our bank account, the merchandise is dispatched, and the customer is notified via email about the shipment. During transportation, the shipment is insured (included in the transportation price).

Upon arrival, the carrier will deliver to the indicated address. If the customer is not available, they will be contacted by phone, or a note will be left to arrange delivery.

It is essential upon receiving the package to ensure it is delivered in perfect condition. If not, it should be noted on the delivery note before signing it, to subsequently process a claim if necessary.

Product Weight

The weight of the products varies by a quarter kilogram, with our policy always favoring the customer. However, due to reasons beyond our control, the product may weigh slightly less, which will not be a reason for complaints.

In any case, this will not be the norm but rather the exception.

All weights will always be approximate, and we will always try to maintain our policy of favoring the customer on all products.

Return Guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 7 business days from the date of collection of the order to return it (According to Article 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on Retail Trade Regulation modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19).

If you want to make a return, don’t forget to follow these steps:

• Send an email to pedidos@andalucianaranjas.com to inform us of the nature of the return; this way, we can authorize, process, and indicate how to proceed.
• Check that the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging before sending it. Also, you must attach all the documentation that it carried with it.

If these requirements are not met, the product will not be accepted and will be returned to its origin.

Once we receive the merchandise and verify that all the above conditions are met, andalucianaranjas.com will accept the return of the product, and the amount will be refunded to the account number you provided during the return process. Please note that the usual delivery time must be added to the return processing time.

The shipping costs of the returned products are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded by andalucianaranjas.com under any circumstances, except in cases where the return is due to a defect in the merchandise or an error by andalucianaranjas.com.

Once we have received the merchandise and checked its condition, and if the weight exceeds 75% of the original weight, we will proceed to refund the amount by Bank Transfer or send another product with the same characteristics.

If any product is not in the necessary hygienic-sanitary conditions to be ingested without risk to health, a return will be accepted, provided it is communicated to us within 7 days of receipt, with all costs covered by Naranjas Andalucía.
