WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORANGES?

When buying oranges online, it’s important to consider the delivery schedule based on the day of purchase:

PAYMENT METHODS

. Credit/debit card: Once you have provided us with the necessary data to process the payment, the processing of your order will start immediately.

. PayPal: Through PayPal’s secure payment gateway, you can conveniently make your payments using your credit/debit card. (With a 6% surcharge on the total amount)

. Bank transfer or deposit: When you receive the email with your order details, you’ll need to make a transfer or deposit for the purchase amount to the account name NARANJAS ANDALUCIA, to our account number: ES02 2100 7482 0702 0010 0848. In the transfer or deposit, you must indicate your order number.

. Bank transfer: “You provide us with your bank account and ID, and we will take care of charging you.”

Bank transfers may take from 1 to 4 days to be processed, which could result in some delay in delivery. To expedite the shipment, you can email us the proof of transfer. The order will be shipped once the transfer or deposit is confirmed.

andalucianaranjas.com reserves the right to cancel the order if we have not received the invoice payment within 2 days.

. Cash on delivery: Only available for Spain. The order, which will be delivered to the indicated address, will be paid at the time of its reception. Cash payment on delivery only; checks will not be accepted. (2.9 € additional charge on the total amount)

Order in progress

As soon as you place your order with andalucianaranjas.com, it will be considered an order in progress. Once received, we will send you an email with all the details to confirm receipt of the order.

Orders placed with cash on delivery payment are activated immediately. Orders placed with bank transfer payment will be activated once we have received confirmation of the deposit.

By accessing YOUR ACCOUNT through your email address and personal password, you can track your orders completely from the moment they are activated.

Delivery of your order

You will receive your order by courier. The package will be delivered to the address you provide us.

If no one is available to receive the package at the time of delivery, you will have at least two opportunities to receive the shipment at the specified address. Once all attempts have been exhausted, you will need to go to the nearest courier office to collect the package.

Orders received by 1:00 PM will be delivered the next day. Orders received after 1:00 PM will be delivered one day later.

Orders received on Thursday after 1:00 PM, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday until 1:00 PM are prepared on Monday for delivery on Tuesday because we want the fruit to arrive at your home freshly picked and maintain all its freshness.

After-sales service and returns

If you have any questions or concerns related to our products or shipments, please contact us as soon as possible through our customer service.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 7 business days from the date of collection of the order to return it (According to Art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on Retail Trade Organization modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19).

If you want to make a return, don’t forget to follow these steps:

. Send an email to pedidos@andalucianaranjas.com to inform us about the nature of the return; this way, we can authorize, process, and guide you on how to proceed.

. Make sure that the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging before sending it. Also, you must attach all the documentation that it came with.

If these requirements are not met, the product will not be accepted and will be returned to its origin.

Once we receive the merchandise and verify that all the above conditions are met, andalucianaranjas.com will accept the return of the product, and the amount will be refunded to the account number you provided during the return process. Keep in mind that the usual delivery time should be added to the processing time of the return.

The shipping costs for returned products are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded by andalucianaranjas.com under any circumstances, except in cases where the return is due to a defect in the merchandise or an error on the part of andalucianaranjas.com.
