Payment methods

Credit/Debit Card: Once you have provided us with the necessary details to process the payment, your order processing will commence immediately.

PayPal: Through PayPal’s secure payment gateway, you can conveniently make payments with your credit/debit card. (5% surcharge on the total amount).

Bank Transfer or Deposit: Upon receiving the email with your order details, you should make a transfer or deposit for the value of the purchase under the name of NARANJAS ANDALUCIA, to our account number: ES02 2100 7482 0702 0010 0848. In the transfer or deposit, you must indicate your order number.

Bank Remittance: “You provide us with your bank account and ID, and we take care of charging you.”

Bank transfers may take 1 to 4 days to be effective, potentially causing some delay in delivery. To expedite shipping, you can email us the transfer receipt. The order will be shipped once the transfer or deposit has been confirmed.

andalucianaranjas.com reserves the right to cancel the order if the invoice amount has not been received within 14 days.

Cash on Delivery: Only available for Spain. Payment for the order, which will be delivered to the specified address, will be made upon receipt. Cash or credit/debit card payment will be accepted by the courier, no checks will be accepted. (2.9 € surcharge on the total amount).

Order in Progress
Once you have submitted your order to andalucianaranjas.com, it will be considered an order in progress. Upon receipt, we will send you an email with all the details to confirm its receipt.

Orders placed with cash on delivery are activated immediately. Orders placed with bank transfer payment will be activated once we receive confirmation of the deposit.

By accessing YOUR ACCOUNT through the email address and your personal password, you can fully track your orders from the moment of their activation.

Delivery of Your Order

You will receive your order via courier. The package will be delivered to the address you provide.

If no one is available to receive the package at the time of delivery, you will have at least two opportunities to receive the shipment at the specified address. Once all attempts are exhausted, you will need to visit the nearest courier office to collect the package.

After-Sales Service and Returns

If you have any doubts or concerns regarding our products or shipments, we kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible through our customer service.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 7 business days from the date of collection of the order to return it (According to Art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on Retail Trade Organization, modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19).

If you wish to make a return, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to pedidos@andalucianaranjas.com to inform us of the nature of the return; this way, we can authorize, process, and indicate how to proceed.

2. Ensure that the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging before sending it. Additionally, you must attach all the documentation that came with it.

If these requirements are not met, the product will not be accepted and will be returned to its origin.

Once we receive the merchandise and verify that all the above conditions are met, andalucianaranjas.com will accept the return of the product, and the refund will be processed to the account number you provided during the return process. Please note that the processing time for returns must be added to the usual delivery time.

The shipping costs for returned products are the responsibility of the customer, and under no circumstances will they be reimbursed by andalucianaranjas.com, except in cases where the return is due to a defect in the merchandise or an error by andalucianaranjas.com.
